Shipped is a browser-based classroom game for UX design students. Players take on the role of a new UX lead at a fictional mobile game startup and make five real design decisions — covering onboarding, persuasive design, monetization timing, accessibility, and dark patterns. Every choice moves two meters: studio revenue and player happiness. At the end, players see how many of their 100 launch-day users survived, an app store rating, and a title that reflects how they played .

This is an early prototype built for in-class use and actively collecting student feedback. Expect rough edges.
